The program length will vary from 13 to 14 weeks in the classroom and 260 hours of paid co-op work experience in a related company. In some cases the courses included in the program may vary due to the schedule and may contain a combination of the above noted courses and a combination of International Tariff and Ticketing, Trans border Ticketing, Consolidators and Net Fares, Accounting for the Tourism Industry, Professional Selling Skills, Service Across Cultures, Career Days, or Career Development.

This CITC endorsed program is designed for those wishing to enter the industry and work with airlines, hotels, travel companies, cruise lines as well as in a variety of other positions in Tourism related businesses. This training provides you with the current levels of knowledge and education demanded by today’s Tourism employers. Our full-time training includes 420 hours of on-campus training.
Co-Operative Education, or Co-Op, is a balanced approach to skills training that provides students with paid, relevant work experience in their chosen field together with classroom training. Our instructors assist students in seeking work placements with local businesses, government and non-profit organizations. Through a traditional application, interview and "hiring" process, students are matched with the selected employers.
The Adventure Tourism Business Management Diploma program is designed to provide the graduate with the basic skills and knowledge required for entry-level employment in the Adventure Tourism sector of the industry. The diploma is divided into two certificates Ð certificate I and certificate II. The certificates can be taken individually but some program prerequisites will apply for those wishing to start their studies with certificate II. This course includes both classroom and field studies.
