Academy of Learning’s PC Support Technician diploma program builds the technical skills used to support and maintain computer systems. Over 40 weeks, you’ll learn how to install and configure hardware and software, work with operating systems and networking fundamentals, and diagnose and resolve technical issues — all through hands-on activities and a field placement in a real IT support environment, while building toward the CompTIA A+ certification exam.
